I'm a Washingtonian in her mid-twenties, living on my own for the first time, and determined not to fall into the trap of grabbing take-out every night.
I'll admit - I don't quite remember what this meal was. I think it was grilled salmon with a mango-pineapple salsa, served with couscous and avocado slices.
