Mini Chocolate Mint Cupcakes
Chocolate Mint Cupcakes from Simply Recipes, taken into work in a desperate attempt to build esprit de corps. It worked about as well as it sounds like it would. At least the cupcakes were pretty good.

The soup was really good - I love the combination of tomatoes, eggplant, and chickpeas - but it did create a lot of dishes.
